King of the Chavs

Michael Carroll, self-styled King of the Chavs, who won £9 million on the lottery eight years ago, is broke and signing on the dole. He claims to be happier now with his £42 a week than he was with his £9 million. I think, for once, he's talking sense. His money brought him a whole host of new "friends", who disappeared when the cash did. The friends he has now are those who have stuck by him and were friends before he won the money. He was a very stupid young man, what a terrible waste of money, but at least he's learned something from it.

I hope. We may not have heard the last of him.

I don;t think he's the type to learn TBH, 2 stints in prison whilst loaded don't give much confidence of a lawful life now he's skint.

So much good could have been done with that enormous amount of money, but he just squandered it. What a silly boy.
