A Christmas Carol
Went to see the 3D version tonight. I enjoyed it, but I've always loved the tale anyway. Even the Ross Kemp version.

Re: A Christmas Carol
Our miserable cinema never shows any of the films in 3D
It's really annoying.

Re: A Christmas Carol
That's a shame, Lou. You should email them, tell them to get the equipment, cos there's a few 3D films coming up next year.

Re: A Christmas Carol
We went today and watched Planet 51, there was a trailer for a film that looked really good, that is coming out in 3D too, so I hope they get the equipment soon (although they'll probably put the prices right up)

Re: A Christmas Carol
There's a supplement to see a 3D film, so you might be better not bothering Lou.

Re: A Christmas Carol
Hmm it's dear enough as it is. It cost £22.50 yesterday for me and the two kids (with 3x children's popcorn, because the adult popcorn is way too expensive). And for that you get a seat with no leg room and it's either too hot or too cold, but the kids like it! Although we only go about twice a year at that price.

Re: A Christmas Carol
It's outrageous, Lou. When we had kids to pay for, a trip to the cinema was a very rare occurrence. I think we saw the main Christmas film and the main summer film and that was it.
